Dr. V is great. She is a very good listener and always answers all my questions. I do agree with the previous comments about the ladies at the front desk. They could be friendly and smile....
Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Dr. Kriza is no longer there anymore, however; I always feel like I am treated right and so is my child. I have never had any issues with the Dr. there. I do think that the girls at the front desk could be a little friendlier.
