Condescending, rude and worst of all, unethical. – Don't take your computer here for helpful, courteous, and honest help. The office manager , Larry, in Santa Cruz will charge $100 for tasks like tasks like defragmenting, loading updates from MS, removing unwatned software, doing a scan for malware and viruses. Then tell you your computer is fine, when you actually brought it in for a memory upgrade. Great Service and knowlegable staff! – After taking my Dell to someone else who couldn't fix it, I brought it to User-Friendly Computing. Their technician was able to diagnose and repair it the next day. I have never received such prompt, courteous, and professional service. User-Friendly gets an A+! I would not hestiate to recommend them to anyone that I know.
Best onsite computer service! – I've been using UFC as my on-call IT department for 3 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The owner has personally come out to help us out of a jam on short notice and on his own time. Unlike the guys I used to use, the technicians at UFC show up on time and take care of the problem the first time.
