I recently 04/2025 purchased a 2016 Gle 63s AMG from this dealership and after the second payment the engine needed to be replaced. Had the worse customer service purchased a vehicle May 2025 the vehicle overheated 07/2025 was told the Benz needed a new engine prior to be sold. I have contacted there recommend warranty company both refuse to fix any issue. The worse experience I have had. DO NOT BUT ANY VEHICLE FROM THE LOT !!
Purchased a vehicle 2weeks ago which wasn’t what I picked out , my salesperson was (MAT) whom persuaded me to get the truck saying the bank would only finance this vehicle under a program so got the truck and after the 4th day the truck starting having issues picking up speed so they told me to bring truck back and they would fix it (Keyan) supervisor but service wasn’t available after being told I can bring it that Saturday morning , told (Keyan ) I had a mechanic that could look at it and he agreed and said they would pay ... read more
