Lonnie Smith made our car buying experience quick and easy! We appreciated the straight talk and respect. We were originally supposed to meet with Frank, but life happened. He still followed up with us to ensure we were taken care of. The four stars vs five is only due to the shabby detailing job. Management should consider more quality detailing for weekends. I hear their detail specialist during the week is much better. Overall, great experience!
