I also had a nightmare deal with the Used Car Factory. We bought the first car there and had to take it back in exchange for a different car. The second car was worse except they kept the car and my down payment. We had both cars for less than 72 hours. The manager Nick is a fast talking scam artist and a piece of #@*&. We had the worst experience with these people it is disgusting. They sold us a vehicle with issues, we did not get it off the lot with problems. They promised to fix and then lied about it and since the sale was already done, we were stuck. They avoided calls, faked work, lied and knew about the issues. They did all they could to avoid correcting things.
