Greeat bank and I see they doing things on time and not making people wait.
Today, November 12th, went to 2 different locations and they were both closed. This Facebook page shows they are open today, and the only signs posted are for yesterday, which was Veterans Day. I will be closing my accounts here moving them to Barksdale!
Worst credit union I have ever dealt with in my life. Trying to get someone on the phone is an act of congress. So happy to FINALLY be away from them.

Well at least I did get an initial call back even if they called back with the wrong information. Waiting again for over a week to find out why my 1099 shows blank for the interest paid on my mortgage. When that mortgage is paid off (soon!) I am closing that account. I have been a member for over 45 years!

Love my credit union! The guy teller at pineville is super nice and very helpful! Never have a problem.
