I have tried calling over 20 times today just to get my account information even left voicemails and have yet to get ahold of them or even a call back

well, due to lack of communication from the loan officer, I lost out on a vehicle I was pursuing to purchase. After calling n texting in the last four days, n not getting any responses or follow up responses to my calls. Very disappointed first time experience with the Heart of Louisiana Credit Union hwy.28 west branch.

RecommendedBeen a member for 2 years and never had a problem. Always walked out feeling appreciated. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to two other banks I used and dealt with rude workers every single time. Changed because I didn’t deserve that. Heart of LA has made the hassle of switching direct deposits, etc worth it.
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to call them since 9 this morning to check my balance. once I was put on hold for over 12 mins. seriously thinking about charging to another credit union in the NEAR FUTURE.
Horrible service. Do not care about their members. it's almost impossible to get through to them and then when you do it's rude service.
Horrible customer service, especially from customer service specialist who tells customers they will hang up on them. They will rob you blind with overdraft fees. just do not use them. my husband and I are moving banks after 7 years of horrible service.
These people do not care in the slightest bit about you or your finances. Money is what houses and feeds our families but no matter how huge your issue Heart of LA will never answer the phone or call you back to help you resolve anything even if it was their fault! The customer service is TERRIBLE and the bank itself is behind the times. ZERO stars!
