The WORST financial institution I've ever dealt with... I swear they make up the rules as they go. They don't follow federal guidelines for privacy policies on some things, and on other things they make it impossible for the owner of the account to get simple information. If I can help it, I will never do business with them again...

I would NEVER reccomend them to ANYONE!!!!! Went to deposit a check they tell me I have to deposit it because they can't give me cash, what kind of bank is out of cash? I have banked with them for 3 years, always make my deposits before 2pm on friday and the past 2 deposits have not been in my account until the following tuesday of the NEXT week. Their system is always down, not updating or WRONG!!! It's definitely the new age and Heart of Louisiana should get with it too. Constantly not knowing what's in your account because it keeps changing is problem. Hardly anyone uses a register anymore but banking with yall, it looks like I may have to go back to one. If it weren't so difficult to change drafts and direct deposits, I would switch immediately.
Take your business somewhere else, I needed some statements from a year ago and they wanted to charge me a RIDICULOUS fee where other banks and credit unions, no charge, why charge a person for there own statements.
BEWARE - refuses to honor legally executed Power of Attorney and refused member request to review applicable policy. Their attorney’s response is laughable and uninformed. Contact me and I will provide PROOF that the ‘credit union with heart’ is anything but. Luckily I have recourse, but sadly others may not.
