Ordered cookies for Valentines day. They sent three separate drivers to the wrong address, offered to send one of "their own" drivers the next day. When I called two hours after they were supposed to deliver, I was told he had no notes to do a delivery today and wouldn't send anyone out.
The location is inside of the campus, if you go past 10pm they won’t let you in unless you have a student ID. We were told to call but never got past the automated system to even order. Ended up leaving out of inconvenience. So just know if you want to go past 10pm you won’t be able to physically go in.
I ordered online 1/10 and the Uber driver delivered to the wrong address. I called and spoke to the store manager and she offered to deliver the cookies within 1.5hrs. It never came. I called back 2hrs later and my cookies were still at the store & the young lady over the phone said they would be on their way now. After 5hrs cookies were never delivered. I think they took a bite out of my cookie. $10 for this. Heads up, they don't let you walk inside the village past 10. Then you order online, and they bring you a half bitten cookie. She did this on purpose ima go to subway next time :,(
