They look kind but they want money. I had eye exam and a doctor said I need to come the following day. I did and my insurance company did not count the second one. I did not know about that until a financial collector contacted me. I know my insurance company has a problem and this eye center also has a problem. They do not charge you right after then you will receive tons of ridiculous billing statement.

Really great service. USC grad student Teaching Assistants (with Aetna insurance) get their eye exam completely covered! The exam is the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had (and I've been getting them since I was 9 years old). The staff is always really friendly and the doctors are super knowledgeable. I brought in my Warby Parker frames to get lenses put in and the whole experience was great!

I scheduled an appointment at 10:45am I was not seen till 11:55am and when I finally got to see Dr.Her it was rushed. He spent 7-10min with me. I ask for a letter of an update on my condition keep in mind I'am legally blind and travel with an assistant. Dr. Her gave me a hand written unprofessional letter. USC staff and committee, Im honestly very disappointed. I specifically chose USC because it was recommended but due to my experience this past week I would never advise someone to treat a serious eye illness at USC eye Ins... read more
