There were two front desk staff members who were extremely rude and impatient. I have never encountered such terrible staff at USC. This is my first year in the U.S., and I am not very familiar with the process of buying medicine at a pharmacy here. Whenever I asked them a question, even just a little, they would show an impatient attitude, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
They never have any medicines and tell you to come later as they need to order it. So by chance if you have visited on Thursday, as they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, you have to suffer with the pain till Monday because of their unprofessional behavior.
Too slow, says my insurance card not ready and then prescription not ready, I’ve been here five times just for one prescription and they confirm my name and date of birth 10 times
