Do NOT recommend. I have a knee injury and they made me get an X-ray and MRI and it’s been over 2 months and no matter how much I call and email, they’ve only answered a couple of times and said they’ll get back to me. Without fail though, they keep sending me bills threatening to take me to collections if I don’t pay for the x-ray. Where is the x-ray? Dr. Hatch and his staff are simply the best!!! 1st class treatment, they are the most efficient of any medical office I have ever been to.
My experience with Dr. Donald Longjohn is amazing both in patient care and surgical. I was very anxious about having hip surgery and Dr Longjohn spent time explaining how it worked and demonstrated great care. The nursing staff and the administrative staff were great. Subsequent visits for knee injections for both me and my mom were easy to make appointments and very caring experiences.
