My doctor suggested I transfer to USC Keck and I had my charts and info sent over within a few days. It took over two months to get placed with a doctor and multiple calls, always with the same excuse, leading to the guy that places patients with doctors. I had to insist on speaking to a manager. If they don't want my business, I will go elsewhere.
I actually haven't been there yet but I'm planning to get an x-ray there and I'm hoping that it'll be Speedy service because I have a friend from high school who the surgeon there her name is Morgan Kay

As a disabled Marine Corps veteran I receive my primary care at the VA Medical Center; however, recently I was referred here to USC for a medical condition I could not obtain care for at the VA. Since coming to USC I have found this hospital to be a complete contrast to the care I receive at the VA. All of the staff are attentive, patient, and helpful.
