Usborne Books are the most beautifully illustrated, durable, fun, interactive and educational books I have ever purchased. My kids absolutely LOVE these books!
I have never had such a bad experience with a company. It's been 2 months now and I have not received my $300 book order and I cannot get in contact with ANYONE from the usborne corporation. I have tried calling their number and most of the time get the disconnected signal and once for some random reason it went through and I was on hold for over an hour and no one answered so I finally hung up. This is flat out ridiculous and fraudulent.
