The doctors are fine but the receptionist has been rude to me on more then one occasion. Her snarky attitude, lack of professionalism and empathy are a huge disappointment. A poor reflection on this practice. A placement that doesn’t work directly with the public would be better suited for someone with her attitude.
I love this office, staff and docs. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsense. These folks are on the ball. Have recommended to others.

I had my first appointment at Caloosa family practice today. I have been to several clinics around here and I must say I have never been treated so well and professionally as I was there. They actually took time to talk to me which is something I haven't seen in a family clinic in a long time. My last clinic wouldn't even answer the phone when I called. My faith has been restored. Dr. Usberghi is gentle and so understanding, gives me time to explain my issues and is always on point with what I am going threw, he always smells good and always makes funny comments, my family and I are very happy to have him and his staff as my pcp. Mary P.
he and his staff are the best if you are not a drug seeker. he manages my son's care with compassion and refers him for care out of his scope of practice. my son is a traumatic brain injury and needs good direction which they provide, THANK YOU for your care!
