ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THESE AWFUL PEOPLE AND BUSINESS. I just had the worst experience of my life here. I have been a loyal customer since before 2016 and today I was treated like a fool and am still in shock. I came in with over 30 pieces and brought in 6 things that needed to be redone (unworn, still on the hanger and in plastic). I was immediately told because they didn't have the dry cleaning tag on them "they don't know if they were done here") and refused service and was literally mocked. I've probably used this cleaner 20 or 30 times in the past. Work was always decent not great however today I decided I will never use them again. I left the house about 20 minutes early so that I could stop by and drop off my dry cleaning then they decided randomly that they weren't going to do same day service today. They lost a customer for sure.
