Racist and poor service Black owners are racist against white people. Rude comments made by male owner regarding marriage of white couple that patronize his business. Extremely poor service, changes same day policy frequently, unable to pick up clothes on date they're to be available.

This place should be called ULOSE This place should be called ULOSE because the customer always loses. First, they tear my two-month-old dress shirt. Then after they explicitly said, "Go buy a shirt and we will reimburse you for the price on the receipt;" they refused to pay! The replacement shirt was the exact same brand, style, and price, and they refused to pay eventhough we had a hand written note from the same person we were dealing with saying that they would. You get what you pay for Quality of cleaning is only worth the $2 you pay. And if you decide to question anyone of supposed authority about the quality, you either get a denial that it was returned to the customer less than perfect or a refusal to have the discussion (I'm assuming to avoid an argument). The hours are posted on the front door and online incorrectly; 7-7 M-F and its disappointing when you are told on Friday to pick up your items after 5 tomorrow, when in reality they close at 4 on Saturdays. Rude and wrong! New owners for about 6 months. Staff can't count. Owners are rude. Clothes aren't available the day they tell you. Today I questioned them about my unavailable clothes and I got "get out of my store white mother f*****". Obviously not going back and I hope they go out of business.

As of recently there has been a huge decline in quality of service. 7 out the the last 14 newer items I have brought in have came back damaged or with broken buttons. I wont be bringing my business back to this cleaners celaners

I have used them for years but this time they were not friendly and my items were not pressed well plus the prices were up a lot from 5 months ago. The owner doesn’t NOT respond to phone calls or texts to correct issues!!!!

This is third time & third shirt that wasn’t clean. Once you take it in & point it out....surprisingly it comes right out. We never used to have this issue with them. Last time I was in there the music was SO incredibly loud. I like my music loud, but even it shocked me that they would play it so loudly in their place of business. You could barely hear the employee. They aren’t friendly either anymore & the young man seemed bothered to have to quit what he was doing to help me.
