I have been shipping my framed oil portraits with USArt since the early 1980's. I have never had any difficulty with scheduling or delivery. Personnel in the office and handlers picking up at my studio have been professional and meticulous in handling my work, and all pickups and deliveries have gone according to schedule. I give them highest marks!
Terribly unprofessional organization. Don’t waste your time. Failure at every level of communication, then tried to charge us for their own mistakes. When we expressed due frustration, refused, and asked for terms of service proof of their demanded extra fees, they canceled our order. Warning to owners of fine art: trust and communication are key. Don’t waste your time on a company this unprofessional and unethical.
This is the most outrageous rip-off company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Some background: I shipped my art collection from California to New England with Artex, a company that handles that kind of transport. Total cost, $11,000 When it came time to return my art to California Artex was in a transition period so I was directed by an art consultant to US Art.
