I got a call the day before my surgery demanding a payment. No heads up. No info provided. I was told if I didn’t make the payment they would cancel my surgery. It was a knife to the throat move and I didn’t appreciate it at all. It added unnecessary stress prior to SURGERY! Laura was obnoxious and rude. Exceptional service very efficient and explained everything
Todd was great during my surgery and afterwards, however when I informed him that his team had made a mistake and not started the nerve block pump which caused me great pain he apologized but when I told him that after having to use the bolus so many times to get the nerve block working again, I would be out of the drug the next day he informed me that "when you're out you're out:. I would have hoped that since he realized I had Ms and that the nerve block was critical for me to be able to function and not destroy the surger... read more
Excellent hospital. They have a top-notch medical team and an impeccably attentive staff. Their patient care is extraordinary, filled with empathy and professionalism at every step. I felt completely well taken care of. Highly recommended!
