Customer service is horrible. I have been to office 4 times in the last week and all they have is a trainee working that didn't know how to do what I needed. Manger was always out. Ended up having to call 800 number to get my stuff done. The trainee was very nice and respectable. Don't see how that business stays open with work ethic like that.
