If I could give it a ZERO I would. Four times we tired to even get in for appointment but they inform us the day prior after missing a day of work that my appt has no referral. They did that to us 4 times! Even phone number listed on google says it can’t not be dialed! Seems like a scam to me! This group is definitely not thinking about their patients or about the pain they have. They don’t deal with the insurance/referral on time prior to appointments. Staff needs to look for another job that does not involve customer care.
No phone directly to here only call center. After my first visit I called the call center and asked if my insurance is covering the procedure. The rep said yes. Now I have a 1,500 dollar bill and The explanation was “I did not say you were fully covered” keep in mind nothing was said about ANY out of pocket cost. Shady I canceled my remaining appointments and wish I never went by
