Very positive experience! Was kept informed on all the procedures they would be doing, staff was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, from Katia, Dr. Cohen’s nurse who registered me and took care of me until the procedure was complete. When I first arrived, Dr. Cohen came out to the waiting room to introduce himself and was so friendly and down to earth. Excellent service, and the doctor was extremely professional-100% recommended.
Dr Cohen is the BEST! I started with another doctor and it was painful and gave me extreme anxiety. Today, I had my first procedure with Dr Cohen and let me tell you, it was a completely different experience. One pinch is all I felt and the level of care and bedside manner was top notch! The staff are great and seem to genuinely care about their patients.
I am a new patient was having some problems with my legs went in unsure or what to expect but the staff and the doctor are great. I would recommend if anybody is having any trouble with their legs or their veins in their legs to reach out and give them a call. You will not be disappointed and I look forward to my next appointment.
