Very easy to get in, and nice people. Promotions were great.
We had 2 units here and 1 we started before it was bought out. Once it was purchased we rented another unit. Yes we have way too much stuff. I can honestly say I am not a big review person but the customer service is top notch here. We were out of town and they noticed my unit did not have a lock on it(my hubby drove off with it on bumper) they called and texted pictures to ensure nothing was touched and put a new lock on it for me. This is my 2nd storage with USA! I love working with ms Wanda! She’s so sweet and helpful. She never complains and always tries her hardest to do what she can to help out. Love her!
100% satisfied. Would gladly use and recommend their facilities.
Had a great experience. If storage is ever needed again this is definitely the place I will go.
