We booked the unit over the phone from out of state. We specified we were looking for a fully enclosed unit with a concrete floor sealed so no bugs or rodents could enter the unit. We were told the unit was clean and safe from critters. When we arrived, we were on a muddy road. The door was broken. We were advised on the phone to yank it hard, and it did open.
