We booked the unit over the phone from out of state. We specified we were looking for a fully enclosed unit with a concrete floor sealed so no bugs or rodents could enter the unit. We were told the unit was clean and safe from critters. When we arrived, we were on a muddy road. The door was broken. We were advised on the phone to yank it hard, and it did open. Nice, clean secure place to store your items. Very nice people as well.
Easy to rent, great customer service. Have 3 units now.
Friendly, professional and booking the spot was easy breezy. They even let us choose one of two available spots. The rates are also reasonable.
