Scam alert. Beware. Prices for me went up over 30% within 3.5 months. When I asked if I could talk to someone I was told ‘there is no one to talk to’….Shaketa is only person at desk supposedly to talk with, I mean is this a joke? Lol. She cannot help do anything about it. She is very nice, but it’s very odd and seems fishy and scammy. I’ll be getting my stuff out as soon as I can rehire all my movers. A big pain!!
