Shaketa is WONDERFUL!! She was so very helpful and has a very pleasant and sweet demeanor about her. She was so helpful in answering questions, and considering she is the only person who answers the phones, she’s doing a remarkable job!! Our storage unit was easy to get to from our location. We were renters for 20 years-recommend!!
