We met with Alex today to check out the storage units. He showed us the different types of units and did the contract up for us. He went through all the details and was extremely helpful with setting up the app. We were very happy with his service - very professional and personable. We definitely feel secure to use this storage facility.
This is a very nice & clean facility. We emptied and moved furniture from this facility to a client's new home. They had new fancy carts and the young man that was running the place even spotted me while I was backing up. I highly recommend this storage facility.
I just rented a storage unit from Alex. He made the process simple and thoroughly explained everything. Great service in a convenient location!
Alex was very polite and great at helping me and offering advice on where I could possibly sell some items in my unit. He gets an A+.
Alex provided me with excellent customer service. He showed me several units of different dimensions, and helped me decide which storage unit best fit my needs. He also showed me how to use the phone app to pay rental fees.
