I greatly appreciated **********'s professional and transparent presentation. *** came to my home on a Saturday afternoon spending more than 2 hours telling us the company lifetime warranty and installation process, showing us the material, and measuring the shower dimensions and behind-the-wall moisture level. He is a top pro designer. He even called his manager to discuss how to custom install the wall and shared the installation details that other companies may disclose on the installation day.
We appreciate the time ***** took to explain all of the details regarding our shower installation. His presentation was professional and courteous.All of our questions were answered.
USA Showers replaced a dated shower. They even corrected the problems created by the original builder. From the design stage to completion, they were extremely professional. More firms should be like them.
