The one thing that stands out to me is there service department and standing behind their products with their 100% life time and transferable satisfaction warranty. My wife and I sure love our new shower and USA Showers does stand behind their products. One panel had scratches and replaced it. Then showerhead started to leak, that to was replaced but with an upgraded one and with a longer hose. Gotta give an big thumbs up to ***** their Service manager. You ROCK buddy ***
Our shower was installed yesterday, and we couldn't be happier. Excellent work by ************** They did a great job and explained everything to our satisfaction. The shower is beautiful, the bathroom was very clean when they left, and their attention to detail was superb! Well done!

***** came to our home and gave us an estimate for a new shower. He was very kind and understanding. He made us feel that we were important to him.Uriel, ****** and **** were the installers. They spread out cloths to help keep the dirt and dust from getting in our home. They were speedy and accurate. They talked to us and told us what the plan is and how they are going to do it. I liked to look in on the work and they were happy to talk to me.Thank you for making my shower a great experience.

USA Showers was great! We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. From the customer service team to the design professional we met with as well as the installers, everyone from the USA Showers team was courteous, professional and respectful. They did an excellent job of explaining all options and their process which was especially helpful for me trying to assist my mother from across the country.
