From the customer service team to the design professional we met with as well as the installers, everyone from the USA Showers team was courteous, professional and respectful. They did an excellent job of explaining all options and their process which was especially helpful for me trying to assist my mother from across the country.

Very impressed with the presentation and the quality of the product
I greatly appreciated **********'s professional and transparent presentation. *** came to my home on a Saturday afternoon spending more than 2 hours telling us the company lifetime warranty and installation process, showing us the material, and measuring the shower dimensions and behind-the-wall moisture level. He is a top pro designer. He even called his manager to discuss how to custom install the wall and shared the installation details that other companies may disclose on the installation day.
We appreciate the time ***** took to explain all of the details regarding our shower installation. His presentation was professional and courteous.All of our questions were answered.
