USA security INC, they charged my Father for alarm services in Dec 2009. My Dad passed away in the home in Feb 2010. I called ADT national and was told that my Fathers contract was not active.... They Kept His money and never properly hooked up the system. When KPD and KFD broke into the home per my request no one called, the police were not notified THE SYSTEM WAS NOT CONNECTED.

As a business and home owner in Knoxville, i have had probably the worst experience ever with this company, not only did they cash my check for services , they told me my credit score did not meet their criteria and they would refund my money.....that was almost a month ago and they refuse my calls and do not return my calls.
