Steve and team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were not only great at the clean up, but they were also patient, understanding, and forgiving when things didnt go as planned for the probate process. Families in situations like ours find themselves blindsided by so much, they came quick to help clean, and then excercised the humility and care that we needed to get through as well. I would highly recommend this company for anything. I would give 10 stars to Steve and team of it was possible.
USA Restoration is TOP NOTCH! They made a challenging situation with attic damage form squirrels much smoother. They repaired the squirrel damage in our attic, replaced a large bathroom exhaust coil, replaced the outside vent cap, and thoroughly sanitized everything afterward. This is a great company, they are responsive and really quick, they are detailed and their prices are great. Steve explained the process to me since I was new to my situation, scheduled everything and even went back to do a secondary check. I couldn’t be happier. They care.
