As a retired handyman and hardwood floors installer myself I can tell you that I am very pleased with the re-finishing of the floors. Professional employees, hardworking and knowledgeable on their trade. I had selected this company randomly from a search in the internet since I am new home owner in Maryland and no one to give me any reference of USA Floors LLC. So when USA Floors representative came to do a quote immediately felt comfortable with the knowledge on their trade with a very reasonable quote to do the work.
Our floors look brand new! Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job refinishing our wood flooring and we're very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend their services!
Great experience. My hardwood floors are BEAUTIFUL. I really didn't think they could ever look this good. We were unhappy with the color of one ~12" piece of wood and the owner himself came back to make sure it was to our liking. I recommend working with USA Pro Floors, LLC.
Our house in Baltimore is historic which means it's pretty old so, we definitely needed new floors. Due to large area, we were worried about the high cost. Leone did his walkthrough, gave us very affordable quote and few days later they were fixing our floors! The team worked quick and were very polite and professional. The best part... was the final results. Floors were absolutely beautiful. Thank you guys!
