"Everyone is in a meeting" the whole THREE HOURS from 2 to CLOSING, when I tried repeatedly to schedule an appointment for my 12-year-old's worsening ear infection. How is this even possible, that literally NOBODY could staff the phone to help CHILD patients during business hours?? Yeah, and I'll bet I'll get that call back I begged for on voicemail. RIGHT.
