Since switching over to Asure Payroll, they are the worst company! Every week my payroll is wrong. They have a bunch of neophytes working for them since everyone jumped ship. They are rude and the supervisors won’t come to the phone to resolve issues. BEWARE.
Loved this company when it was USA Payroll. Since Asure took them over they have been a disaster. They constantly raise your prices with no notice or explanation of charges. After working with them for almost 20 years, I decided to leave them for another payroll company, and they have not refunded the taxes that they withheld. STAY AWAY! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! The old company has been sold and they have gone from bad to horrible! The customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. It takes MONTHS for their errors to be corrected. They constantly change your address with the IRS. They constantly mess up withholding deposits and you have no idea until you get a letter from the IRS. To top it all off, they constantly print the wrong dates on the paychecks. Do NOT RECOMMEND for payroll! Many errors in setup. Hard to get a hold of your representative. Our taxes had errors almost every single quarter.
