Useless "road" service, since they do not go 2 miles (just across Broad St) from their shop. They put the cuss in customer service for sure. Not sure if the guy was ignorant or if they actually don't go 2 miles, but I'm reviewing so that I remember to not call them again.
This was a highly anticipated spot while we were traveling across the country. I was a bit disappointed by how dry the meat was. The flavors were great and the bun was ok. I don't think I would go back but they definitely have a following so I don't think I'll matter much! The spot was a bit messy with flies all around us. To be honest, I don't think I'm much of a Philly cheesesteak kind of gal so it may not be their fault at all.
