Doctors are great but the office is terrible. Moved to Providence & did not notify me prior to my appointment. The office at Providence is horrible, lack of maintenance is evident & is quite run down. There no signs exist to help find anything, you just have to wader around until you find anything Checked in at the office only to be sent for X-rays down a floor and through a maze. Seperate registration for Xray takes 20 minutes. I have now been waiting for over an hour to get my X-rays. I suspect another hour or more once I ... read more
I've been going to this office November 2024 , here it is February 2025 and they have yet to give me ANY of my results Been through therapy and I'm not getting better and apparently no one in USA Nerusurgery cares enough to tell me what's going on.
They are not good at all my child has a cyst on her spinal cord and they keep telling her that that is not what is causing her problems but I have other people who have had the same problem and other doctors and her primary has stated that that is what is causing her problems she cannot get out of her bed and her daily activity is messed up because of her back problem they said that that is not what is wrong they said that she is not in pain when she is in pain and her blood pressure keeps going up I do not recommend this do... read more
I'm a veteran who was referred to USA Neurosurgery, for sciatic nerve issues. I've been put on pill after pill. Have DONE EVERYTHING from T.E. N.S to a higher dosage. I've called 4 times today and have been hung up on 3 times and just dropped the 4th time. I'm in PAIN and it's ashame that people have to take to social media
I spent my entire life being told I can't be helped with my scoliosis. I moved from NY and got lucky enough to be sent to this place. I had amazing Drs. Dr menger was one of the best surgeons I ever had to deal with he was kind and listened to me when I needed the help he did the surgery that everyone else said they couldn't do and improved my quality of life to the point I'm hoping to get off disability and finally get.
