NEVER GO HERE! I spent $50 here on SNS and and tips and it looks like a 5 year old did it. I asked for French manicure and all the polish was uneven and then she put black underneath the white to try and help things and made it worse. I had an appointment so I had to leave when I came back to complain, they refused to give me my money back so fix the situation for free. Bad customer service and nasty attitudes. Anything outside a regular mani pedi they won't be good at.
I have been going here since i moved to Covington 1 yr ago and I really like it here, never sensed any type of racism at all. Emerald and her husband John are the owners I think and they are very sweet people. So are the pedicure specialists that have serviced me. One new girl that does nails seem a little far removed but she is very good and fast. Great experience here so far.
Yes they're very racist and the service sucks! The lady who did my manicure and pedicure rushed the whole time, so needless to say she didn't do a good job! Then on my way out the door one of the ladies had the nerve to ask me did I pay??? Really? Of course I paid like I would just obtain services and walk out the door...just rude!
This place is not professional and totally racist!! They are in Conyers obtaining the majority of their business from African American clients and yet they display partial treatment. My niece studies their language and have heard racial remarks. John is in charge and he is the worse! Do not support their business when there are so many choices!!!
