LOVE THIS PLACE I have been a customer of USA nails for 3 Years and I must say THEY ARE THE BEST! Ms. Kim and her staff are so friendly. They also have a 4 WEEK GUARENTEE on their work, so if for some reason a nail breaks (even if its your fault) they will fix at no charge! I am about to move 40 miles away, but they will keep me as a customer, Def worth the drive!

Alright place I went here to get my nails redone. All I wanted was a fill-in which is normally farely inexpensive. Well the lady asked if I wanted Gel I said no, she did it anyway then as she was fixing my nails one had already broken before I got there so I knew I would be charged for that but as she is fixing it another one broke and she charged me I was completely un satisfied at this facilty. And although they are in a convienant area I will avoid them and not recommend anyone there as well.

Total waste of money! I was looking for a salon closer to home and decided to try this place to get a pedi. When I got in there you could tell they were busy. I waited about 15 minutes and then they put me in a chair and turned the water. I guess I was at that point "captured". I then waited another 30 minutes to get my toe nails done. It was like a race getting them done. NOT relaxing at all. Miss K I went to USA Nails for the first time and had a pedi and pink and white gel nails and both came out perfect. The salon was tidy and sanitary. Kim, Ivy, and the entire staff were very friendly. I noticed all the customers were regulars and were treated like family.I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Awesome salon! Ok, I have been going to this salon since it was "Hot Nails" before it became "USA Nails", and under many managements but Ms. Kim since has been the longest there. The owner, Ms. Kim has been there for over 9 years and she is the nicest, most caring person I've met there. Wonderful christian lady! She knows most of her customer's name and greets them by their names. The staff are great! I love to get nails, pediure done there and always leave satisfied. crooked nails My nails were crooked and she made my cuticle bleed! after that she kept putting alcohol based liquid on my nail and it burned my cuticle! Would not recommend!

Usa Nails is the Best USA Nails is an excellent salon. They have the nicest staff and are always very willing to please. I've been going there for four years now and have ALWAYS been delighted with their service and the quality of their work. One time, I broke one of my nails in my car door and they cheerfully repaired it for free. They're simply the greatest.

LOVE this place first of all they have a 2 week guarantee on their nails which is awesome. They fix them for free if the get broke or lift before the 2 weeks is up. Also the woman Kim is AMAZING her nails last forever and i am rough on mine due to having 2 kids, going to school, cleaning and waitress. However the older man his are thin and he shapes them funny and the lift within days.
