This is the way buying a bike should be! No frills, delivered straight to my door. Staff is wonderful and respectful! I had questions right out of the gate without fully looking over the entire package contents. Instead of getting frustrated with me, they explained where each item could be located for my unit. Customer service is fantastic! Parts are also easily attainable. Everything is explained and owners manuals can be sourced easily right on the GPX Moto website. Happy customer from far away in PA!
