We attempted to refinance our home mortgage with ******* ****** makes promises in reference to lowering of PMI, new payment amount, home appraisals and closing deadlines which are not true. You will then receive paperwork that does not reflect what you were told by ******* Of course, you are never informed of any changes prior to receiving the paperwork and since you cannot get ****** to return any communication, you are left in the dark.
