Josh was fantastic! He gave me options to find the best fit for me. And he worked with my VA status to get us the best outcome. He even dealt with my grumpiness and extremely tight timeline to make sure we closed before I went out of the country. Josh made refinancing so quick and simple i was blown away. Submitting the paperwork was very easy with their website and all done in under an hour. Any time i contacted Josh with a question he always got right back to be and i felt like I was always his top priority, which i really appreciated. On top of all that they got me a fantastic rate on a refinance with very low closing costs. I recommend Covered Cost to everyone i know now and will definitely come back to them next time I buy.
Brad was great to work with! He would email us personalized videos that walked through the docs, and respond to questions via text and calls. Plus he was able to get us a great rate and save us money on or monthly payment. I’d recommend him to anyone for a refi.
