I love the people who work here they are very helpful and will go above and beyond for their tenants. When I need something fixed they are on it I don’t have to wait, they are very understanding with situation. They keep the properties up to date and clean. These ladies are wonderful landlords. I’ve seen them come on the property to help out in the community that’s something I’ve never saw. They are not just landlords they treat you like family. My apartment was very cleaned moving in and the price is worth it.
Fails to mention in any of the listings, on the application, and even in person that your income must be 3x the rent price. Glad I paid the $50 application fee to learn that. Also the office isn't handicapped accessible. At least one person in the office was very nice, so it wasn't totally irredeemable.
