Great crew. Made it so I didn't have to think about the yard and it always looked great. Very responsive and reliable.
Great company, always takes care of our lawn. Great communication and customer service.
Ronnie is always communicable and makes sure I know of changes ahead of time. Yard looks great thanks to him. Always nice to know that locally owned businesses are still around and not a thing of the past.
Called twice and texted once, never got a reply and it's been over a month. Hired someone else. Would not recommend. Edit- SEE PHOTOS showing the website where the phone was listed, a screenshot of my text message, and screenshot of the contact number page in my phone. As per the Visit St Augustine site, the phone number listed is the one I called and texted. If you do not have the right phone numbers on sites, that resulted in you not getting any of the messages and wasted my time. That's all I can rate.
I've used USA Lawn Care for both my personal properties and with them on some of my clients properties that I treat for my pest control business. They do phenomenal work and very professional when interacting with the public in general.
