This company has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. They recently came back to examine a problem, cut another large hole in the wall, and now refuse to patch it. Kevin - who repeatedly said "we'll patch the holes, we just don't paint" - is now telling us that the guys should never have patched the original holes like they did. What shoddy work and work ethic! Insulation USA did an amazing job! We have a 95 year old home that had no insulation. We live on a busy road and the sound was immediately decreased. With no AC I look forward to a much cooler house this summer. And of course it will be nice to cut the heat bills in the winter. They sent a wonderful crew to do the work. They cleaned up well, were very professional and made sure the work was done to perfection. I highly recommend this company.
Getting ready for a cold winter in Pittsburgh is never fun. This product (foam insulation) and all the staff of this company make the preparation so much easier. The workers were super nice and I trusted them completely as they worked in and around my home. The process of blowing in the foam was not unduly disruptive to the house and there was not a huge mess to clean up afterwards.
