USA Insulation’s “Premium Foam” is not a good choice for insulation. The foam is a mixture of Resin, Foaming Agent and Water and it shrinks significantly more than the company advertises. Think about it? When the water evaporates, the remaining product shrinks much much more than the 3% they advertise. Also, they cannot guarantee that they fill each and every cavity. RecommendedEveryone from the salesman, Kevin, to the team who installed it, and the personal phone call from Linda to check that everything was going well, made this process so easy. The entire team was wonderful to work with and so respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for insulation.

Buyer beware! They supposedly insulated our home which cost us over $5000. We started remodeling and when we opened the walls there was little to no insulation!! We called several times and had to fight with them to get them to come back out and insulate. They came back out and supposedly insulated again! Now here in the past weeks we started remodel upstairs. And there was little to NO INSULATION! and that is after them coming out twice prior insulating! RecommendedIt was a great experience from salesman to insulation. Brad and his crew were awesome. They were very cordial...and explained the process as they went. Clean up was as though no one had even been here!! Loved entire experience. Very happy 😄

Brian Carey came to look at whether our wood panel wall could have spray insulation installed. We said we weren’t sure if we were ready to sign a contract as we weren’t even sure prior to his arrival that we could have it installed. When we ask if we can call them when we make a decision he tells us if we don’t sign a contract today then we can’t call them again. Garbage way to do business. Brian must not do well with customer service or sales. Forcing someone into a sale because it’s convenient for you is not reputable.
