Had an appoint with the alleged "owner" of this company. This salesman stayed in my kitchen for over 2 hours talking mostly about himself and his greatness. Never once looked anything, wrote up his "estimate" on a notebook, and had his assistant call me later for a $1,000 deposit. I really regret making that payment, as I called the next week to cancel after I made other arrangements only for the assistant to tell me I only had 3 days to cancel and get a refund. Unbelievably creepy billboards with that weird AI art it’s so disgusting every time I drive by it it reminds me to never ever use this company. If you’re that lazy with your advertising, how lazy are you with your work?
I seen there advertisement on Facebook, so gave them a call. A gentleman by the name of Nick came out and gave us an estimate. A few weeks later the team of 3, Ben, Katrina, and Aiden came and did the attic blown in insulation. They were very respectful to our home and covered there shoes as to not dirty the carpets, covered everything in the area with tarps and plastic. Had an appointment for quote . Sales rep showed up stating he was the owner. Never looked into attic but gave me a verbal quote which was done on a Saturday. Not a problem. I asked to have the weekend to think about it then at the beginning of the following week came and never heard anything . Waited a few days and reached out to company.
