The evaluation was very complete and done in a very simple matter to tell you things.
This was a GREAT experience from beginning to end. Dan did a lot of teaching with us so we understood the whole process. He then found a way to get us into the schedule very quickly (which we will be forever grateful for) and Dao and another worker arrived on time and went to work. They worked very hard and were very particular about everything they did. It was a short notice project due to storm damage, and Dan went out of his way to work us into his schedule as quickly as possible. His team was friendly, respectful, and hard working, especially Dao. They even vacuumed insulation off our grass! We look forward to working with Dan and his team again.
The evaluation and education about the process was above and beyond. The crew chief was knowledgeable and friendly.
