The owner, Dan Travaille, was extremely professional and knowledgeable when he gave us his recommendations and estimate. The installation crew was efficient, polite and true professionals in every aspect of their job. We were very impressed with this companies 'Giving Back' to the community policy. They contribute 3% of each sale to a non-profit organization chosen by the home owner, or the Open Door Mission if the home owner doesn't specify an organization.
Their workers were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job.
Dan was very knowledgable on his product and I trusted his recomendations on repairs. I felt I did not need a second estimate and decided on the spot to go ahead with job. Also the installer was curtious and explained what is being done and asked if any questions Thanks - Mike
They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, dependable and competent.
Out of the three we looked at they were the most thorough and professional. They found several problems that the other two did not. The installation crew was excellent and cleaned up after the job.
