George and his USA Installation team are top notch people. They gave us a fair and competitive quote to replace our composite roof with a beautiful roof system which addressed a problem area we had. His roofing experts took their time to explain my options and came through with flying colors. My only wish is that I had met George 25 years ago when our first roof was installed!

We are extremely happy with the work and the products USA Installations provided. They installed a sky light, a metal roof and matching gutters. We were informed of every step along the way. Answered all of are questions quickly in a friendly and professional manner. George made you feel like you weren't just a check. He always made sure things were happening the way it was supposed to. Any changes we new right away. Any home improvements in the future, George at USA Installations will be the first call.

George and everyone at USA Installations was amazing! They did our roof and their service was top notch! They were prompt, courteous and professional. George stepped up when it cane to answering our questions and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. He had no problems coming to the house to make sure things were done in time and correctly and if we had any issues, he addressed them immediately and fixed them. I had a shower put in, it wasn’t cheap but it was well done. And I know for a fact they back up their warranty, as I had to have them come back to fix something. So I can recommend them quite well to honor their work! Nice to have a shower in the downstairs bathroom!

Mr. O***** (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation. We are grateful to George for taking the time to listen to our needs for this project. He was able to work within our budget. The 3 member work crew was respectful, professional and quiet in the way they worked together to accomplish the day’s tasks. Each day they set up and cleaned up after themselves. We are happy and totally satisfied with our new shower, floor replacement and handrail. We will certainly recommend USA Installations, Inc. to others.

We had a jetted tub, vanities, windows and shower removed. They installed a walk in shower, new vanities, window and electrical items as well. Pat was excellent in keeping us informed and involved in all phases of the job. George kept us updated on all issues as well. End product was awesome!
