It is rare that I would ever leave a negative review, but this time I am so angry that I felt the need to. The sales process was fine. I have no complaints about that part of the process. The problem started once it went into the permitting process. I am also in the construction business so I understand permitting, the process and timeframes. Proced my project, gave me some discounts, and Connected me with a lender for financing options. He stayed on top of the deadlines for the project. A HORRIBLE PLACE to do business. I bought the whole house package of hurricane windows. They forgot the weatherseal between the window and the siding causing the rain to come inside the home. It failed inspection and the inspector said it must have been rookies doing the installation because all installers know windows need a weatherseal or it will rain in. They left trash all over my yard. Showed up 2 hours late. Said they would be back the next day to finish but didn't call or come. I called and left messages but no reply.... read more
