Very bad experience with this company first time we were working on projects to install new windows and roof,Windows went well the roof they increased my price couple times but when they call me about extra 7 thousand night before the demolition I realized it was scam and I had to cancel them,they called me to transfer my permits if we will pay 1 800$ we paid and they closed my permits and I had to do them again.They simply stole this money. Good quality for a good price. With did had some hiccups in the process but the company responded quickly with solutions. If you are looking to replace your windows this company has a large selection for a good price.
Honestly, USA Home Improvement saved me. I’d already tried 3 other window companies before them and every single one let me down. These guys were my last shot, and wow — they actually delivered on time and did a fantastic installation job. No stress, no surprises, just good work. I just love how the windows look without the shutters !! If you’ve been burned before like I was, give USA Home Improvement a try. Super happy with my new windows!
