Hace mas de dos meses colocaron las ventanas y las puertas, cuando hice el contrato me dijeron que no pagaría hasta que la ciudad aprobara el trabajo, vino el inspector y no aprobó, no se cual fue el motivo, hable con Gabriel hace un mes para saber que paso, me.dijo que me mantendría al tanto, ya ha pasado un mes y no se nada de el y tampoco tengo la aprobación de la ciudad para solicitar el descuento del seguro, ahora tengo una deuda de 16000 $ y no tengo respuesta de la compañia y no se si me estafaron.

Wow. What a company. I stopped by to explore options for replacing the impact windows and doors in my condo building in Aventura. The representative spent a lot of time talking, showing presentations, and bragging about all the high-rise projects the company supposedly completed. The first red flag came when I specifically asked about Kynar frame coating. A pleasant individual appeared at my doorstep, articulating all that I desired; nevertheless, I subsequently received no further communication from him. He fails to respond to messages or answer his phone. While he may be lacking, he represents this company, which is deserving of such representation.
USA Home Improved made an appointment w me at 9a and was told that it would last 1 hour (9a-10a) during the scheduling process. The next day a woman called me and said the appointment would last longer, I explained how I was already calling late to work in order meet at the agreed time, she didn’t care and asked if we could reschedule bcs that wasn’t enough time, I asked why measuring 5 windows and one door would take longer than 1 hour and she said other factors were involved ( I’m assuming a sales pitch was in the works) I... read more
