A HORRIBLE PLACE to do business. I bought the whole house package of hurricane windows. They forgot the weatherseal between the window and the siding causing the rain to come inside the home. Quoted time to order is 8 weeks. Actual time was 13 weeks. Quoted time to install was 3 days. Actual time took was 7 weeks. It failed inspection and the inspector said it must have been rookies doing the installation because all installers know windows need a weatherseal or it will rain in. Exceptional job! We couldn’t be happier with the hurricane window installation. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the windows look fantastic. Ivan, in particular, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and great to work with. Highly recommend!
This company was a total disappointment. In March, the saleswoman Lia came to my house and I signed a contract with her. She told me that they would fulfill their obligations to the end and I believed her. On August 12, I called Willian to schedule an installation date since they hadn't called me.
