First I'd like to say, the salesman at the beginning named Sean was amazing. My dogs loved him too, that's big for me. The female engineer that came out was very nice too. After that come day 1 of construction, a total freaking nightmare, especially with five dogs & nowhere else to go with my dogs. So this company knew I had multiple dogs, or maybe they didn't because they don't communicate amongst one another very well. We just had our windows and doors put in and everything has gone very smoothly. The representatives were friendly and have been helpful in organizing the process and answering our questions. Those who worked in putting in the windows and doors did a great job! I know the task was difficult to do with our home but they got the job done and I couldn’t be happier! There is nothing American about this place and the marketing director is always bitching out. They don't care about performance they are more in to them selves than anything else way too humiliating with people that think different and when you think different they will get rid of you. As soon as they found out I was becoming a contractor they got rid of me like a dog 0 respect of other people's knowledge time and life projects. I Don't recommend it to any FREETHINKER. They never deliver what is promised

USA Home Improvement was reliable, the whole process was quick and smooth, clean and always attentive to details. They’ve also given me peace of mind by returning to make adjustments on the new impact windows, sliding doors and front door as needed and to fix anything that needs a custom solution.
