We have been very happy with Dr. Fermin and her staff. They always are helpful with answering any questions and concerns we have. Our son has been a patient there for almost 3 years.

⭐ 1 STAR Unfortunately, my experience with USA UROLOGY Pediatrics was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the way I was treated by the front desk staff and medical assistant. My appointment was at 11:15 AM, and I arrived 13 minutes late. I understand the importance of being on time, but I was still within the office’s 15 minute grace period. When I gave the older white woman with short hair at the check in desk my child’s name, instead of simply checking us in, she immediately told me to make sure I arrive on time n... read more
